About Raw Iron Refinery
Raw Iron Refinery is a Wairarapa-based property services business run by Roman T. and Noah D., operating as co-sole traders. We work across the Wairarapa and Greater Wellington regions, treating every property as a single, connected system rather than a list of disconnected jobs.
Our work spans three disciplines. Property washing covers house washes, roof and gutter clears, and deck and surface cleaning — bringing the full exterior of a home back to clean. General landscaping includes new garden beds, hedge trimming, lawn prep and lay, mulching, fencing, and ongoing upkeep on a schedule. Handyman work covers the general repairs and maintenance that keep a place sound between tenants or seasons.
We built Raw Iron Refinery for rural and residential property owners who want one reliable crew for the full scope of work, rather than coordinating three separate contractors. We publish our prices, quote per job for gardens and custom work, and carry public liability insurance. We're locally based — Masterton way — and we take the time to assess a place properly before quoting.
The point of the work is the outcome you have in mind for your property, not a line item on a quote. That's the venture, really: thorough, careful, and carried out in good faith to deliver what you're after.
Overgrown to the knees, lovely afternoon on the wackaThe "new blood" Ethos & approach
Raw Iron Refinery is the two of us — Roman T. and Noah D. We operate as co-sole traders, so the name on the work is ours and the hands on the tools are too.
We started it because we'd rather do the job right than do things the way "good business" often does — rushed, cut-price, and on to the next. We take the time to assess a place properly, work out what it genuinely needs, and see it through.
